Please read all items below carefully before to request your exchange/return!
Exchange:
- 1. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN WHITE PARTS, OFF WHITE AND PIECES ON SALE/PROMOTION/BLACK FRIDAY (EXCEPT WITH A CERTIFIED FACTORY DEFECT).
- 2. The item must have a label attached, in the same way they were received.
- 3. It must be in the ORIGINAL packaging or packaging equally suitable for transport.
- 4. It must not have been washed under any circumstances.
- 5. It must not have signs of use, washing, stains and odors.
- 6. We do not accept exchange or return exchange.
- 7. We do not exchange past collections for current collections.
Purchase Regret/Return:
You have a period of 2 (two) calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw
from your purchase, if you feel that the product does not correspond to what was advertised or if it does not meet your wishes.
Defects in the product:
When the defect is proven,
you can choose to reimburse the purchase or exchange another product in the store, whether the same model or a different one, receiving or supplementing the price difference, if any.
In case of defects, return and reshipment shipping costs are borne by our store.

Late refunds:
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
